Exclusively natural, untreated wood serves as raw material for the wood pellets. Planing shavings and sawdust, a by-product of the wood processing industry that occurs in large quantities, are primarily processed. This unused residual wood from local forests, a purely natural product without any bark, is compacted and pelletized under high pressure. The small, cylindrical rolls get their strength through the pressing process, without the addition of chemical or synthetic binding agents - of course, well.
The advantages are therefore obvious: a clean fuel with low residual moisture and high calorific value.
There is the optimal delivery system for every room situation. It should hold the annual requirement of pellets.
As a guideline, 1m³ of pellets corresponds to approx. 650 kg of pellets and 1 kg of pellets has a calorific value of approx. 5 kWh
Rule of thumb: e.g. annual consumption of liters of oil * 2 = kg of pellets / annual consumption of liters of heating oil * 3 = required volume in m³
